CAMS

Partly concealed fastener usually used to assemble carcase pieces. Offers reasonable knock down facility.

This is the tightening component best tightened with a flat blade screwdriver.

See connecting dowels illustrated below for the essential other component.

Seat the cams with a M15 drill, seat the woodscrew end of the dowels with an M5 drill, drill centrally into the cam recess using an M8 drill.

Cams are rimless zinc alloy, 10mm diameter x 12mm high

Are zinc plated steel. Choose dowels with a wood thread suited to the thickness of the carcase case material.

#TE01 are 45mm overall which protrude 34mm and have 11mm of wood thread

#TE02 are 35mm overall which protrude 24mm and have 11mm of wood thread

#TE03 are 41.5mm overall which protrude 34mm and have 7.5mm of wood thread
