This is the very useful alternative top blade clamp which has a thumb wheel to hand tighten the blade in place instead of the blade clamp key.  The slot in this blade clamp is stopped which also helps fitting.  Most useful when you do pierced work such as intarsia where the blade has to be disconnected fed through a drilled hole and re-reconnected.
