We recently had a customer call us asking where his order for woodworking plans was.

It transpired that a scamming operation based in the US had used our business contact details, name and web presence to get this person to pay them money and no plans ever turned up.

This happened completely without our knowledge or participation in any way. It looks like a business identity theft.
