We deal directly with any bona fide Australian school, TAFE or educational institution. There is no need to establish an account with us, however all orders need to originate from your official ordering process and be code numbered for reference.

We are happy to accept orders via the order system in the Wood Works web pages provided your purchasing and accounting procedures allow for this method of ordering. Alternatively, please fax your order on school letterhead directly to us. Sorry, we cannot accept entirely verbal orders.

You will be invoiced at regular retail pricing including GST. For schools who need to know the GST exempt price this is included on the product detail page of this web site.

FREIGHT CHARGES

If you wish to minimise freight costs and would prefer that we wait until all items in an order are ready to dispatch, please indicate. Unless otherwise instructed, we dispatch all goods together where weight restrictions allow or, if back ordering is unavoidable, in substantial consignments when we judge that the likely delay in waiting for a minor part of the order will unduly delay substantial completion of the order. Depending on the weights involved we use either courier or post.

BACK ORDERS

Unfortunately back orders are occasionally unavoidable. Unless instructed otherwise we assume that you wish to leave all orders open until filled.

TERMS

We ask that invoices are settled on 7 day terms.
