The Wood Works Book & Tool Co is independently owned and managed. This web site is neither sponsored nor funded by our suppliers. We aim to represent the products we sell fairly and assess them on merit. Any advice we might offer should not be taken as "expert" in the legal sense. Any brand preferences stated and recomendations we offer are our own and are based on the individual and accumulated expertise of our staff. If we ever decide to vary any of the above we will notify our customers on this page.

CATALOGUE ITEMS & PRICES

We provide our product catalogue and prices in good faith, however, items occasionally become unavailable and we reserve the right to vary prices as necessary. We guarantee to send all goods in saleable condition. Prices stated are in Australian dollars. We provide, for your assistance, an estimate of the total cost of your order in either your local currency or US dollars. This is an estimate only. For goods purchased with the use of a credit card the exact cost of your purchases will only be accurately known when the currency exchange is made by your issuing bank.

DISPATCH

We will on-charge our delivery costs to the customer. We will confirm at the time of order the method of dispatch, should this be necessary. By default, we dispatch by post nationally and internationally, and by courier or post within the Sydney metropolitan area. Insurance may be specified by the customer, which we can arrange and on-charge.

INSURANCE

If you wish your goods to be insured please indicate on the order form.

BACK ORDERS

We will assume, unless you indicate otherwise at time of order, that you wish all ordered items to be dispatched as they become available until completion of order. If you prefer to wait until all the goods are available and can be shipped together, please indicate so at time of order.

AUSTRALIAN GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)

The two pricing columns in our catalogue cater for those customers who are either liable to pay Australian GST or those who are exempt. Customers who place orders which are exported out of Australia are not liable for GST.

PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard, Cheques drawn on an Australian bank, Australian Postal Orders and, by arrangement, Telegraphic Transfer of Funds to our bank.

REFUNDS

We will gladly exchange faulty goods or make a full refund; however, we cannot be liable for goods damaged or lost in transit. To protect against this, insurance may be specified at the time of placing an order.
