This beautifully structured Damascus Flat Steel with 192 layers is made in the Indus Valley. It is forged from low alloy 1095 carbon steel (1.274) and Nickel steel 15N20, which is often used for band saws. A powerful combination! The silvery Nickel steel contrasts strongly with the darker 1095 carbon steel , which produces this nice pattern. Comes with heat treatment instructions.
